SoCoCAA's Employment & Training division, The Training Advantage (TTA), has closed its doors after 50+ years of service.  TTA provided many of its employment and job training programs through the CO Dept. of Labor & Employment (CDLE).  Those services are now provided by CDLE employees through the CO Rural Workforce Consortium and can be accessed at the following locations:
